Be aware also of your thoughts and feelings. How do thoughts come about? What are feelings? Can you control what you think and feel like? Loads and loads of studies have been conducted and are still being conducted on brain activity, encompassing human behavior. I'm not an expert on the subject but what I'm understanding and learning is
".... Your thoughts become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your character ...''
So, it's important to take care of your thoughts!!! Quickly and decisively dispel all negative thoughts (I'm ugly, I'm poor, I'm useless, I can't, I'm unloved, I'm unattractive, I'm not good enough) If the thought stays long enough it materializes into action. Therapy has proved the right word, repeated, can greatly influence behavior change. (Look at power of music for example)
So, today and from now on, study your present : What thoughts have shaped your actions? What ,have you believed that moderated your behavior?
I don't promise a smooth sail, but it's an exercise worth undertaking: Understanding Thoughts!
